PSN NCAA Pre-Order Empty PSN NCAA Pre-Order

If you have purchased the game through the PSN the game will not be ready for Download until 5pm EST. I emailed a guy i knew that works for the PSN and they update the store on Tuesdays and it usually isn't up and running until 5pm. I tried to get my money back, but the chances are slim and it takes 7-10 days to do so.
